Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager in France, you will be responsible for content creation and execution to support lead generation and nurture activities in France. You must possess a creative mindset with a passion for storytelling – you will be responsible for transforming technical information into reader-friendly stories with personality. As a results-driven marketer, you will be responsible for measuring performance and optimizing content.

To support this we have spent the last 24-36 months designing and developing a system of design guidelines and components. The Solutions Consultant provides customers and sales managers with technical product advice and demo support during pre-sales discussions. Responsible for preparing and delivering detailed product demonstrations and product prototypes for prospects, and answering prospects’ and salespersons’ product questions. Also may provide support to Account Management for upgrade opportunities and issue resolution. As the first Solutions Consultant in Spain, the right candidate with need to have a track record of operating autonomously without much direction or supervision.
The Solution Consultant provides customers and Sales Managers with superior functional and technical product knowledge. He/She is responsible for preparing and delivering detailed, value-oriented product demonstrations and product prototypes for prospects. Solution Consulting is a strategic function in the sales process. In order to be successful, the Solution Consultant takes responsibility for the deals they are assigned to and develop together with the Sales Manager a winning strategy.
PeopleDoc is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to help us meet our ambitious client support and growth objectives. PeopleDoc Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for providing Level 2 Technical Support to our customers. COE is key member of Global Customer Care Team and the go -to person for Level 2 Support for all advance technical troubleshooting. Cloud Operations Engineer plays an important role by liaising between Product R&D, Product Management, Implementation team, Customer Care, and Level 1 Support team globally. The ideal candidate for this role will come from Cloud Operations of a SaaS provider with deep understanding and appreciation of Uptime and Service Level Agreements (SLA). He/she will be highly organized and familiar with SaaS technology stack.
The Implementation Project Manager is a part of the Customers Services team in Germany. He or she will be in charge of the implementing our solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally in the implementation of HR dedicated IT solutions. He or she will also have good technical skills to carry out projects with a pace of quick implementation (2-6 months on average). Experience using or implementing SaaS or in-house systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday) or document management systems is an advantage.
Data being at the center of our mission, our Data Team is looking to improve and innovate our data management practices and tools to bring added value to our client and develop our Data analytics solution. To complete this mission, PeopleDoc is looking for a Data Analyst to join his Data Team, actually composed of 6 people, 4 DBAs and 2 Data Engineers.
